The Holographic Ghost Mirror from Pottery Barn Is Already Sold-Out—but These Spooky Alternatives Are Just as Good

Pottery Barn doesn’t hold back when it comes to fall decor—and the home goods store kills it with Halloween. You can find a variety collections to browse to go with any theme, but a line of holographic mirrors has especially been enchanting shoppers’ hearts since their 2023 launch. And this year, the brand added a new mirror for you to obsess over. The problem? It sold out immediately.

Pottery Barn’s holographic mirrors may look just like regular mirrors at first. But when you flip a switch, it lights up with a hidden image, transforming the basic piece into art (or, in this case, a haunted statement piece).

The latest release looks just like your average cute, spooky mirror featuring a black arched frame—but when the hologram is turned on, a ghostly figure appears in the reflection.

Even though the Pottery Barn Ghost Hologram Mirror just launched, it’s already out of stock online (where it’s listed as no longer available) and in stores. That’s not surprising given the popularity of this line. Fortunately, there are a few alternatives you can shop while you wait for this one to come back.

The Harry Potter Lit Mirror Door is basically a real-life version of the Mirror of Erised. It features an antique pillar design around its edges, and its holographic background shows you your deepest desire, which is, of course, a cozy scene of Hogwarts’ candlelit Great Hall. Not only is it a fantastic Halloween decoration, it’s also the perfect excuse to add a little magic into your life.

There’s one more themed holographic mirror option for those looking to seasonally spruce up their home. The Wednesday Hologram Mirror channels the 2023 hit Netflix series Wednesday, and it’s sure to give trick or treaters a fright (or perhaps a delight) since it displays the very same iconic stained glass window from Nevermore Academy.

Just like with the other holographic mirrors, all you need to do is flip a switch and you’ll be back to reality in no time. The stained glass makes it easy to display anywhere you want to add a little visual interest to your space, and it’s the perfect piece for Halloween and beyond.

You can shop these pieces and the rest of Pottery Barn’s Halloween collection online. That’s also where you can find the new, infamous Ghost Hologram Mirror itself, so you know exactly where to go when a restock is announced.
